Max works as a trainer, analyst and consultant for the British Council, European Commission and Council of Europe, mostly in Eastern Europe, South-East Europe and the South Caucasus. Between 2014 and 2015 he was one of the two principal evaluators of the Eastern Partnership Youth in Action Window (EPYW). In 2015-2016 he worked as a Senior Policy Expert at the Eastern Partnership Youth Regional Unit (EPYRU). Since March 2017 he is a Visiting Fellow at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). He holds MA degrees from Wroclaw University and the Cambridge Centre for Jewish-Christian Relations as well as a PhD in social sciences from Open University.

Ieva has been involved in youth work since 2001. During the last 10 years she has facilitated over 100 non-formal learning trainings and seminars, many of them in and with Eastern Partnership countries. Main themes: Erasmus, EVS, NFL, youth empowerment, active citizenship, ICL, diversity, inclusion, gender equality, outdoor approach, kinesthetic learning.
Natalja is a trainer in the youth field on national and European level. She has an extensive experience as a manager in non-formal education field in the region of the Eastern Europe. She is interested in: youth policy, youth work, non-formal education and youth entrepreneurship issues, cooperation between EU and Eastern Partnership region, youth work qualitative development and bridging different sectors together for better opportunities for all young people. She is a trainer of the Pool of trainers of the Council of Europe and Latvian National Agency of Erasmus+: Youth in Action Programme. Natalja is leading the Euro-Asian Network „Participation for All”.
Gergely has been a Trainer and Facilitator in both - for profit and non-profit sectors since 2010. In the field of youth he focuses on developing communication skills, improving sense of initiative and entrepreneurship and unlocking creativity of young people. His main methods used are applied improvisation and improvisational theater. He’s been engaged with Grund Theatre Company in Budapest since 2014. His motto: "Work for a cause, not for applause. Žilvinas has been working in the field of youth and non-formal education for the last 10 years. He has experience of working as a trainer/facilitator with youth organisations, schools, open youth centres, youth information centres, SOS help-lines, NGO’s; as well as an advocate of youth participation on various levels: from local community action to policy making.
His social enterprise „Marker Heroes“ is providing graphic facilitation services for business companies and donates 100% of it’s profit to support youth work in rural areas.
Works in NGO sector since 2002, has experience developing and coordinating of several local and international projects in the youth field. Currently works as freelance facilitator of learning and consultant. Has special interest in the future of education and its various forms, female activism and inclusive practices in youth work. Olga is a member of Pool of EVS trainers of SALTO Resource center Eastern Europe and Caucasus.

Laimonas lives in Vilnius and works as a supervisor of organisations and facilitator in the area of non-formal learning and training for various European institutions and youth work organisations. Laimonas recently focuses more on digital youth work and digital literacies as well as recognition of non-formal learning and designing recognition systems for various organisations and projects.
He was involved in previous two Eastern partnership youth forums as well. Laimonas will work with the recognition topic at this forum.
Juan (PhD) is a trainer, facilitator and consultant specialised in lifelong learning and human resource development. He designs and delivers training activities across sectors. His experience within the framework of Youth in Action/Erasmus+ includes co-operation with National Agencies and SALTO-Youth resource centres. Juan has authored numerous publications on non-formal learning, competence development and entrepreneurial learning. Lately, he has been working on the topics of entrepreneurial learning, youth entrepreneurship, social innovation and social entrepreneurship within the youth sector as new forms of participation.
Joanna is a psychologist specialised in supporting personality development. She is a member of the Trainers’ Pool of Polish National Agency of Erasmus+ Youth in Action Programme where she delivers trainings and workshops at international level. On a daily basis she works as a career coach at University of Lodz. During individual sessions she helps students to discover their potential and supports them in creating their professional path. She has been involved in youth work since 2007 being a youth leader in The Polish Scouting and Guiding Association.
Graduated from Cross-Cultural Psychology (University of Social Sciences and Humanities), American Studies Center (Warsaw University) and School of Business Trainers and Consultants. Member of the Pool of Trainers of the Polish National Agency of Erasmus+ Programme with specialization at: coaching as a way of supporting young people, philosophy and methods of non-formal education and learning, project management, personal development, intercultural and anti-discrimination education. Since 2012 involved in the pool of trainers of "Among Others" project, which aims at introducing intercultural education in formal education institutions. Anna has been working in the field of youth work, youth training and youth policy in Armenia for over 15 years, and has been an active advocate of youth participation at all levels: community development to policy making. She has significant experience in grassroots youth work, capacity development, volunteering promotion and accessibility of non-formal education. After receiving the Executive Master in Development Policies and Practices from Geneva Graduate Institute in 2015-2016, one of the main areas of her professional interest have become youth research and evidence based, participative policy development and implementation. For about 10 years she is actively involved in promotion and quality development of EU Youth Programmes in Eastern Partnership Region as a multiplier, a trainer, a leader of one of the most active youth organizations in Armenia - Gyumri “Youth Initiative Centre” NGO (YIC), and as a facilitator of EPYF in Lithuania in 2013, in Latvia in 2015 and in Poland in 2017.
